ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
Your access to and use of www.hksonline.co.uk , ("The Website") or any other affiliated site that is run by or linking to HKS is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website, you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using the Website.

ADVICE
The contents of the Website do not constitute advice and should not be relied upon in making or refraining from making, any decision.

CHANGES TO WEBSITE
HKS reserves the right to:
-Change or remove (temporarily or permanently) the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that HKS shall not be liable to you for any such change or removal.
-Change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and your continued use of the Website following any changes shall be deemed your acceptance of such change.

CONTRACT
No contract exists between the customer and HKS Online until HKS send a 'Confirmation of Order' email to the customer outlining the details of the order.   

Note- The contract is subject to your right of cancellation (see below).      

DELIVERY
The lead time of items generally varies between 2-6 weeks.    HKS will notify customer of expected delivery dates.  Lead times given are estimations only and HKS Online cannot guarantee delivery by a specific date.     To check on expected delivery dates of any products please use the ‘enquiry’ boxes available.   

HKS only deliver to customers in Sussex, Kent, Surrey, Essex and London.  For large orders outside of these areas please contact us for a personalised quote. 
    

DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery charges are worked out based on location and amount spent.  For orders made online the delivery charge is shown in the ‘checkout’ area of the website.   In rare occasions the delivery charge may vary from that given on the website and HKS reserve the right to change the delivery cost after the customer orders online.   In such situations, the customer will be contacted, advised of the change, and have the option to cancel the order.   The new agreed delivery charge will be shown in confirmation of order email.

YOUR RIGHT OF CANCELLATION
You have the right to cancel the contract at any time up to the end of 7 working days after you receive the goods (for all orders placed online).  

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must give written notice to HKS by letter or email, giving details of the goods ordered and the reason for cancellation. Notification by telephone is not sufficient.  

If you exercise your right of cancellation after the goods have been delivered to you, you will be responsible for returning the goods to HKS Head Office at your own cost. This guarantee is only valid if the product(s) are returned in an unused and undamaged condition and providing proof of purchase is enclosed. HKS require that all goods are packed with care to avoid damage in transit and that they are returned by Recorded Delivery as we cannot be held responsible for any goods lost in transit.   HKS will only be able to refund money if the goods (including packaging) are received in perfect condition.      

Goods that are supplied as a special order can not be cancelled.    

Please note we charge a re-stocking fee of 20% of the product price (before discount). 
 
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
In the unlikely event that goods supplied to you are damaged on delivery, you should notify us in writing via post or e-mail within 24 hours of receipt.   After verification, the goods should be returned to us, together with any relevant documentation in case a claim needs to be made against the carrier. Upon return of the goods, a replacement will be sent and your postage costs refunded.

COLOURS
The colour of goods may vary from that shown on the website due to limitations of browser software, photo quality and monitors.  

SITE SECURITY
This website uses a self-payment processing facility system for all credit card and debit card transactions.
If, however, you would prefer to arrange an order or pay over the telephone please call us on 01444 452222.    
This website has been enhanced to enable you to purchase our products online. We have a no-nonsense ordering system: simply make your purchases, and then pay at the checkout.

PRIVACY
HKS will never release your company details to third parties or other sources.

VALIDITY
Prices are subject to change without notice. We will however endeavor to maintain the listed prices.

ERRORS & OMISSIONS
The information included in this website have been checked for accuracy. HKS will accept no liability for any errors or omissions in this information. 

EXPORT
Unfortunately we are only a UK based company and do not offer overseas shipping.

LINKS TO THIRD PARTY WEBSITES
The Website may include links to third party websites that are controlled and maintained by others. Any link to other websites is not an endorsement of such websites and you acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible for the content or availability of any such sites.

If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
